Refund Policy

At fjallravenussmall, we want you to love your Fjallraven purchase. We offer a 60-day return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned product (and confirm it meets the return criteria), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars) to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the refund process will take 5-10 business days to complete. Please note that since we offer global free shipping, no shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective Fjallraven product, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement product, at your discretion. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs for defective products.
