Warranty Policy

All Fjallraven products sold on fjallravenussmall come with the official manufacturer’s warranty, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality, durability, and long-lasting performance. The warranty period varies by product type: backpacks (including the iconic Kånken series) and bags typically come with a 2-year warranty, while apparel and accessories typically come with a 1-year warranty, all starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, aligning with Fjallraven’s legacy of crafting products built to withstand outdoor adventures.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, modification, or unauthorized repair. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from harsh weather conditions beyond the product’s intended use, or damage caused by improper care or cleaning. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to products resulting from failure to follow care instructions, or damage to accessories or components that are designed to be replaceable.

Our team will assist you in initiating the warranty claim process with Fjallraven. Warranty Resolution: Upon confirmation of a defect covered by the warranty, Fjallraven will either repair the product, replace the product with a new or refurbished unit (of equal or similar quality), or issue a refund (at the discretion of Fjallraven).
